Christmas 2010

I had the most wonderful Christmas holiday this year! There were so many fun things to do, wonderful people to be with, and more food to eat than is healthy! My Heavenly Father has blessed my little family so abundantly. I just love this time of year.

Christmas Eve was spent at the Wilburs, where we enjoyed our traditional Jerusalem supper of fish, pita bread, cheeses, cous cous, grapes, tangerines, olives, cucumbers, dates, figs, nuts, and a myriad of other delicious foods - all by candlelight, of course.
Our family loves music, and isn't too bashful about sharing, regardless of ability. :) There were various "performances" and then everyone sang Christmas songs together.
Johnny got to open his new Christmas pajamas. When I saw that I could personalize these, I just couldn't resist buying them! He looked so stinkin' cute, like a candy cane!
We opened a few presents, which is always fun...

I spent the night at my house, and in the morning I let Johnny open his stocking and a few presents. The rest we took to grandma and grandpa Wilburs.

Ryan came over and joined us. He had lots of fun showing Johnny how his toys worked.
We then went back up to Grandma and Grandpa Wilburs to open presents.

After spending a fun afternoon with Ryan's family, we went to the Alleys for Christmas dinner. It was SO fun! I love the Alleys so much! It was fun to see Julie's family, and Luke's family, and a special treat was having Great Grandma Alley there!

Although his teasing borders on abusive, I sure love this guy!
(Steve, I'm still gonna get you back for that whopper of a stunt you pulled!)
