It's been a good experience, too, for me to have Johnny solely to myself, without my mom to help out. I've had some exhausting days, but it's been good for my self-confidence. While I appreciate my mom's help SO much, at least now I know that if I had to, both Johnny and I would survive on our own. He has been so much fun, as usual. Although he's very observant and active, he's still a fairly quiet child, except when he's tired or just waking up, and then he talks a lot! He likes to say "ba ba ba" and "ma ma ma." (I've been pushing that one for months!) He rolls all over the room, can walk by holding onto my fingers (mostly unsupported), and he's super close to crawling. He already scoots backwards. He also likes to fly, like his dad.

Johnny has also experienced some "firsts" while being in Idaho. . .
He had his First Easter. We dyed eggs, but he just wanted to eat his.

He had his First Swim. He was joined by his cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandma. It was an impromptu swim, so he had no shorts, but I think that added to the fun! :)
He got to meet his Great Grandma Alley -- and he loved her, of course!

He is SOOOOO Beautiful. I am so glad he is a good baby. You needed that. And what a blessing for you to help Tami. I certainly hope all of my girls are just as close. Loves, Alena
what cute pics! I especially love the flying one! You are so fortunate to have little Johnny as you of course know. are you back home yet, or are you counting the last days? I'm glad you got to go spend time with your sister. Tell her hi!
The feeling is mutual and I am thriving on the wonderful memories of holding and loving my little Johnny. A loving Great Grandma.
